You do not have to go to college

I know this is out of my usual posting but listen.

Trade schools and apprenticeships are both unionized and pay extremely well.

Electricians make six figures once they’re fully certified. My uncle has been an electrician for 30 years and owns a Tesla. He’s traveled to more countries than I can count. His son not only had a really nice wedding, but also bought a house as only an apprentice electrician. He wasn’t even a journeyman yet.

Trade services are in extremely high demand, therefore you always have job security.

“Blue collar” does not automatically mean poor.

The right places, depending on the job, will accept work experience in lieu of a degree. An excellent example is administrative work.

You have options. You have choices. You have hope.
